Hire Period & Checkout

Vehicles minimum hire period is a duration of 4 hours if there is availability during off peak times, otherwise the minimum hire duration is 24 hours

Fuel for vehicles is to be replenished on what was agreed and the start of the hire and a full vehicle inspection will be carried out prior to the agreement.

Mileages

Unlimited mileage on selected vehicles
0% deposit on selected vehicles unless stated otherwise

Vehicle Insurance

Price includes VAT and comprehensive insurance for 1 x nominated driver.

Additional drivers can be added for £12 per day.

Customer’s insurance excess liability is limited to £1000 (increased excesses applicable to younger, older or foreign hirers).

Vehicle Excess

Please note that on selected vehicles a further excess and deposit may be applicable. Please also note all drivers would be subject to further checks, deposits may be applicable if the hirer appears to flag as a risk to the hire company

Hirer needs to have held a driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years

• Drivers must be between 21-72 years old, (25 on selected vehicles)
• Driver’s aged between 75 – 79 require insurance clearance
• Driver’s aged between 21 – 24 vehicle engine size limits
• No more than 6 penalty points under 5 years and no bans under 5 years
• No more than 1 accident within the last 3 years

All foreign licence holders must produce their driver’s licence, passport and return confirmation (flight number) or if you have UK residence you will need 2 Utility Bills dated within the last 3 months.
