Wedding Chauffeur

We cater for Weddings, Proms & many other special occasions. We offer the finest selected fleet of modern Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Bentley, Mercedes, BMW vehicles, along with our professionally trained chauffeurs. We have been established for over two decades in chauffeur hire and provide only the best service to our clients. Our extensive list of clients is made up of retail customers, professionals and large business firms.

• Payment must be paid in full prior to the booking taking place.
• Any additional car park charges or toll crossings are billed directly to the customer unless stated otherwise.
• Any variations to the journey that involves extra time or mileage may be subject to additional charges.
• Toll and congestion charges will be applied, where applicable.
• All prices are subjected to VAT at the prevailing rate.

• If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the requested pick-up time, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
• If the customer does not contact our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to request additional charges where applicable.
• Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking we reserve one of our selected vehicles for the date and time of your choice.

• Maximum mileage per day is a 100 unless otherwise agreed.
• Hire Me Chauffeur Hire will ensure vehicle(s) arrive at the pickup destinations at the agreed time. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
• The Driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day as planned out, unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
  If our driver is asked to wait either at the beginning or during a journey, waiting time is chargeable at our current standard rate which is £50 + VAT minimum one hour charged, and 15-minute grace period applied.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who we believe may cause damage to our vehicles.
• If specialist cleaning of any vehicle is required as a result of it being left in an unreasonable condition by a passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to that passenger/client.
• We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver.
• Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the client’s statutory rights.
